Sirens<\/em> is a sensual and evocative journey into the world of desire and its social expression.<\/p>\n

Through transformations on stage, two performers unfold a narrative of dreams, freedom, and identity. Their bodies simultaneously embrace and resist stereotypical gender roles, creating a distinctive and personal movement language.<\/p>\n

The performance moves between the intimate and the universal, between dream and reality, opening a space for a layered viewing experience in which desire, the body, and social frameworks are constantly re-examined.<\/p>\n

The performance is presented with the support of the Moving Balkans Contemporary Dance Platform, which fosters the development and visibility of the contemporary dance scene in the region through international activities.<\/p>\n

About the artist<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ermira Goro is an internationally recognized dance artist and choreographer known for her interdisciplinary approach. She trained in Albania and Greece and further developed her practice in New York, where she began creating her own work.<\/p>\n

From 2007 to 2018, she collaborated with the renowned DV8 Physical Theatre. In 2022, she was nominated for the prestigious Bessies \u2013 New York Dance and Performance Awards.
