Canadian artist Daina Ashbee explores the relationship between humans, the environment, the animal world and ancestral heritage in Hello Buffalo. Through a slow, hypnotic and highly physical performative language, the piece questions humanity’s need to control and categorize living beings, creating a deeply meditative experience.
